Her passion for animals and people led Nancy to become an animal technician in 1987. She started her career in an emergency veterinary hospital where she learned to provide exemplary care to her animal patients as well as perform diverse techniques and lead a team of 60 technicians. She was also a technical expert for the show 4 ½ presented by Radio Canada. After 27 years of work in the field, Nancy decided to return to school where she completed a certificate in human resources. However, she missed being an animal technician, which is why she joined the passionate team of the Hôpital Vétérinaire St-Lambert.
Nancy also received the Prize of excellence for her role as an animal technician in 2018.
